Parry Sound YMCA Youth and Family Centre offers a variety of health, fitness and recreation for all ages, including Adult Fitness Classes, Child and Youth Programming, Individual Conditioning, Day Camp and Child Care. The facility is located at the North end of town, providing visitors with a full sized gymnasium for sports and fitness, a conditioning room, complete with fitness equipment, free weights, and conditioning machines, and a kitchen for health and cooking lessons.
The facility is also available after hours for Special Events, Birthday Parties, and Weddings.
